Our Commitment At Doug West Music & Merch, we stand behind every product we sell. Because most of our items are custom-made on demand by our print-on-demand partners, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. However, if something arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will make it right — no return shipment required.

Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item at support@dougwestmusic.shop with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Custom & Personalized Items Items that are custom-made or personalized cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Music (CDs & EPs) Physical music orders (CDs, EPs) may be returned within 30 days if unopened and in original condition. Please contact us at support@dougwestmusic.shop before sending anything back.

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale items and gift cards are final sale
• Opened physical media

Refund Processing Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing time varies by bank or card issuer.

European Union Customers If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days of receipt under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Contact us at support@dougwestmusic.shop to initiate.
